About Allwick Patterns Ltd
Allwick Patterns was established in 1982 as a high precision engineering patternmaking facility. Engineering drawings were used by our skilled patternmakers to traditionally produce patterns by hand, using wood and resin.
From our family roots the company has grown and evolved. We now utilise the latest methods of manufacture including CAD/CAM programs and CNC machines.
We use the latest additive manufacturing techniques including 3D printing and sand sintering to offer our customers the full range of solutions.
We will support you through our full range of services, from your project conception through to production of the finished component.
Our service includes direct and close links to a number of foundries which will meet your specific material requirements including castings in: aluminium, bronze, magnesium, iron and steel.
We also offer specialist 3D scanning, and utilise reverse engineering and metrology services.
We are proud of our highly skilled traditional patternmakers who can bring your project to life from either scans or your CAD files.
